JULIE LING, M.D., F.A.C.C.

Meet Dr. Ling, Medical Director of our fully accredited ultrasound laboratories. Our Echocardiography and Carotid Ultrasound Labs are the only accredited facilities of that type between Westchester County and Albany, NY. She makes sure we continue to meet rigid quality standards. She also sees to it that we consistently meet our physicians testing requirements.

Like so many of our physicians, she was educated and trained in the country′s leading medical institutions and contributes to our ability to provide world-class care to the region.

Her ability to build and maintain our ultrasound laboratories may be attributed to her early degree in engineering, earned from Columbia University′s School of Engineering. When her focus switched to medicine, she enrolled in the Albert Einstein College of Medicine for her education leading to her medical degree. At the affiliated Montefiore Medical Center, Dr. Ling completed her internal medical internship and residency. From George Washington University Hospital, she completed a fellowship in cardiology with intensive concentration in non-invasive procedures and techniques.

Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, with a subspecialty in cardiovascular disease. Dr. Ling is also credentialed by the National Board of Medicine, and National Board of Echocardiography. She has practiced as a primary care physician as well as an emergency room attending physician at Montefiore, where she also instructed the house staff. Dr. Ling is also Board Certified in Nuclear Cardiology.
