ETHAN L. GUNDECK, M.D., F.A.C.C.

The Heart Center looks for physicians who have excelled in research because we believe that research will keep our program progressive today and in the future.

Dr. Gundeck came to the Heart Center′s Fishkill office during the summer of 2005 after completing extensive and noteworthy research on medical imaging at the University of Chicago.

His medical studies began at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. He then moved to the mid-west to complete his residency and cardiovascular fellowship at the University of Chicago Hospitals, where he also served for a year as Chief Resident for Internal Medicine.

During his training, he pursued his interests and developed his considerable expertise in medical imaging-expertise he now shares with staff and patients at the Heart Center.

Dr. Gundeck is Board Certified in Internal Medicine with a subspecialty in cardiovascular disease. He is also boarded in echocardiography and nuclear cardiology.
